The Louisiana Bureau of Emergency Medical Services (EMS) has established this EMS Job Webpage to assist Emergency Medical Responders (EMRs), Emergency Medical Technicians (EMTs), Advanced Emergency Medical Technicians (AEMTs), Paramedics, Ambulance operators, and Telecommunicators in identifying employment opportunities throughout Louisiana. This webpage is intended to serve as a centralized resource for EMS professionals seeking positions within specific regions. Job postings will be updated periodically based on information submitted by agencies requesting to have their vacancies listed by the Bureau. Please note that not all agencies or employment opportunities will be represented on this page. Inquiries regarding specific job listings should be directed to the respective hiring agency, not to the Bureau of Emergency Medical Services.

Below are job postings submitted by licensed transporting EMS agencies. Positions may include EMR, EMT, AEMT, Paramedic, and Ambulance Operators.

EMS Job Submission Information

Please use this form to submit a job opening within your agency. All job posting submissions received by 8 A.M. on Monday will be published to the Bureau of EMS's website. Submissions received after the deadline will be added to the following week's update.

If your job submission has a continuous opening. Please use 12/31/2026 as the end date. You will be required to resubmit the opening for 2027.

Please be sure to enter all information. The Louisiana Bureau of EMS is not responsible for providing information about the agency's open position. For questions or concerns regarding your agency’s submission, please contact the EMS Bureau via email.
