About Tracking
The U.S. Centers for Disease Control and Prevention's (CDC) National Environmental Public Health Tracking Network (CDC Tracking) is a premier online resource for environmental health information. It will improve our nation’s understanding of how the environment affects peoples’ health, making our communities safer. At the national level, CDC Tracking partners extensively with other states, agencies, organizations and U.S. universities. The CDC and Louisiana Department of Health and Hospitals (DHH) entered into a cooperative agreement in 2009, renewed in 2014, to establish an Environmental Public Health Tracking Program (EPHT) in Louisiana.
