Office of Management and Finance
The Office of Management and Finance (OM&F), directed by the Undersecretary, manages the department's budget. The Undersecretary also oversees the Medicaid program, as well as the administrative divisions with departmental responsibilities for budget preparation, financial planning, purchasing, personnel, training, contracting, accounting, data processing and strategic and operational planning.
