The goal of this in-person session is to provide LDH travelers with clear and concise guidelines when traveling. From this session, LDH travelers will learn what is required before, during, and after they travel. The session will provide the necessary tools for successfully preparing for travel and then processing their travel expense reports after travel, making the entire process as seamless as possible and reducing the potential for travel rejections. This capstone session introduces the process and purpose of professional reflection as a tool for continuous growth. Participants will explore the role of intentional self-assessment in reinforcing learning, identifying future goals and sustaining behavior change over time. Using a structured reflection model, the session guides attendees in summarizing their key takeaways from the Managing Medicaid Series and applying them through a personalized action plan. In addition, participants will leave with a practical follow-up process to revisit their goals and reflect on progress, ensuring that development continues beyond the training. The State Civil Service has released six CPM courses (four web-based, two instructor-led) to support 2025 performance evaluations. Completion is required by Dec. 31, 2025, or within 90 days of hire.
- SCS CPTP CPM Evaluation Process in SuccessFactors – (WBT): Mandatory for all classified supervisors.
- SCS CPTP CPM Evaluation Process – Paper Forms (WBT): Mandatory if applicable; only one version (SuccessFactors or Paper Forms) is required. Note: LDH supervisors must take the SuccessFactors version.
- SCS CPM Agency Administrator Training (ILT): Optional, recommended for agency administrators.
- SCS CPTP Performance Planning, & Evaluation (ILT): Optional, recommended.
