Get Started with EarlySteps

45-Day Timeline:

1. Call the regional system point of entry (SPOE).
2. We collect information about your child and family, discuss your concerns and priorities, and review your options.
3. We identify your team and work on developmental screening.
4. We conduct the evaluation, review collected information, and determine eligibility.
5. If your child is eligible, we develop a service plan (IFSP) and determine supports to meet their needs. If your child is not eligible, we provide other resources.
