Medical Transportation Program – Emergency Medical Transportation (LAC 50:XXVII.Chapter 3)
Amends the provisions governing reimbursement in the Medical Transportation Program in order to align the reimbursement rates established for emergency ambulance services and providers with current practice for Medicaid managed care and fee-for-service, in compliance with U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services requirements.

Healthcare Services Provider Fees - Emergency Ground Ambulance Service Providers (LAC 48:I.4001)
Amends the provisions governing provider fees for emergency ground ambulance services in order to ensure that the administrative Rule reflects the transition from the Full Medicaid Pricing program to an approved federal supplemental payment program, in compliance with U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services requirements.

April 2023 Final Rules
The Louisiana Department of Health, Bureau of Health Services Financing has submitted Final Rules to the Office of the State Register for publication in the April 20, 2023 edition of the Louisiana Register in accordance with the provisions of the Administrative Procedure Act, R.S. 49:950 et seq.
