Amends the provisions governing dental services in the Early and Periodic Screening, Diagnosis and Treatment Program to align the reimbursement rates to the Louisiana Medicaid fee schedule in order to maintain or enhance funding to dental providers, in compliance with U.S. Department of Health and Human Services, Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services requirements.
