Continuous Performance Management (CPM)
The Continuous Performance Management System (CPM) launched January 2025 via SuccessFactors.
The performance year will now be based on a calendar year, from January 1 - December 31 annually.

State Civil Service Survey |
State Civil Service will be distributing a survey on or before June 18, 2026 to classified employees in supervisory positions to gather insights on the implementation and effectiveness of Continuous Performance Management (CPM) now that a full year of planning and evaluation has been completed. The survey covers multiple roles within the system, including 1st-level evaluators, 2nd-level evaluators, and Agency Administrators. Survey participation will help Civil Service understand how CPM drives organizational success and supports employee development. Participants will also be able to identify any challenges they encountered. Please complete the survey by Friday, July 17, 2026. (General Circular 2026-031) |
