Get Started with EarlySteps

45-Day Timeline:

1. Call the regional system point of entry (SPOE)
2. We collect information about your child and family, discuss your concerns and priorities, and review your options
3. Identify your team and work on developmental screening
4. Conduct evaluation, review information collected, and determine eligibility
5. If eligible, develop a service plan (IFSP) and determine supports to meet needs. If not eligible, we provide other resources.
