Lab Web Portal (LWP) Information

The Louisiana Office of Public Health Laboratory’s Lab Web Portal (LWP) is the preferred method for sample ordering and submission.  The LWP is an electronic test ordering and resulting (ETOR) system which directly link to the main Laboratory Information Management System (LIMS).  The LWP grants users access to a cloud web-based application for test ordering, printing specimen labels, generating order requisitions, shipping manifests, canceling orders, viewing orders progress, as well as the ability to retrieve and print final results/reports.  Use of the LWP is available for all external submitters/providers that submit clinical samples for testing at the Louisiana Office of Public Health Laboratory.
